Overview
The King Richard originally served Phoenix Enterprise Lines (PEL) of Old Expanses as a prestige design. The craft featured large (8 ton displacement) luxury suites for which the rich and famous paid ten times the normal rate, and even the smaller staterooms went for greater than normal prices. The design below is typical of luxury craft found at every corner of the former 3I, though in Regency service they are likely to be found in unglamorous transport roles, a result of the ongoing emergency and shipping shortage.
